United Dance Studios have a range of adult classes to suit you... from absolute beginners to advanced competitors, whether you are looking to take part in medal exams and competitions or would simply like to be able to move around the dance floor with ease. Why not take to the floor at one of our Strictly Beginners courses in Ballroom and Latin ? A great fun way to learn a new skill, meet new friends and get fit! Throughout the course you will learn how to dance the basic steps in the Waltz, Quickstep, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive. No previous dance experience needed - just enthusiasm !

Our Intermediate & Medallist Advanced Ballroom & Latin class includes instruction to further enhance your dancing. This class involves more complex variations and indepth technique, whilst allowing you time to practise with your partner.
